I don’t understand how you cannot know that - I’ve had friends who tried to do local baking small businesses - there are a ton of requirements to sell food beyond like a bake sale. It’s heavily regulated.

I think the PR people must have done the release (right? that's how it works?) and the lawyers weren't consulted. It's batshit.
