DP. What does “do better” mean here? Nowhere in OPs post does it say the item was damaged. OP had shipping options including gift packaging but didn’t choose that.

I send little treats to my daughters from Tuckernuck. There is an option to pay for giftwrap but a regular order should be decent and it’s not. Not even tissue paper.
I feel foolish for supporting this business. I expect and pay for better. Attention to detail is expected at this price point.
