Google says about 35% of people prefer to stand so it's definitely not unheard of but I have a complex about this now.

My boyfriend said I was weird, so I figured it was just a weird quirk from my family (because the people who potty trained me would be the ones who taught me to do this) and they were all like, "No...that is pretty weird" and apparently none of my siblings do either.
