Same, one of the best decisions of my life. Zero regrets. I went to the best rhinoplasty specialist I could find. Also, I didn't need general anesthesia -- i was in a deep twilight state. So the danger was much less. I'm actually not sure I would go under completely for a cosmetic procedure.
