There are quite a few of those skyrise apartments where each room within a unit is rented separately with its own lock- also those buildings have keyed entries with staff office at entry. Several on Lane Avenue and High Street.

Clintonville and any of the areas northwest of Columbus - grandview, Upper Arlington, lots of apartments along Bethel Road and out Sawmill Road (though personally I wouldn’t want to go further than Bethel Road just to keep the commute reasonable). Congratulations and good luck!
