Yes like in SoCal, people in Vegas will likely not blink an eye on what you will be wearing.

You can choose to be fancy or casual - it should be a mixture of both amongst everyone.

We were there a few weeks ago, and it truly is anything g goes. There will be people in shorts and tshirts, and people in cocktail dresses and even formal wear (and for the Wizard of Oz there were people dressed as Dorothy).

You don't have to dress up at all, but it's your choice if you want to. I would definitely prioritize comfort and move ability, particularly in footwear. People may end up standing for much of the concert (it depends a lot). Don't wear cute heels that will leave your feel screaming.

The stairs are very steep inside to get to your seats. Be careful in what shoes you wear.

I would wear black jeans with booties and silk tank top.
