Was this within the last 10 years? Or are you saying he got into a 2nd or 3rd tier college?

There's another 4 months of school. You sure he's going to end the year with a 3.1?

Are you under the impression that he’s headed to a super elite college? Barring an unlikely scenario, that is unlikely. Can he go a school that he loves that prepares him for whatever we wants to do and lead a fantastic life? Absolutely.

Ok for what? Is he working hard? Asking for help when he needs it? If yes, then it's ok.

If you're asking whether it's "ok" for top X colleges, you're asking the wrong question.

It’s not the end of the world, and the second best kind of transcript is one that shows an upward trend. He just needs to work hard to make sure he has an upward trend.
