More is better, but generally nothing bad happens if you don't get to all of them. But if you don't go a lot, you won't get better, either.
What bridge program is this? Do they actually go to meets? I think that if your child has "finished" lessons, they are good to go for summer swim. Yes, at a top division team a 9 year old walk on won't be swimming any A meets, but in the bottom third it could happen.

Inverness and Tilden Woods often take out of area members. Both are nice pools with great teams!
