My family spent 9 years at LAES under the former principal and absolutely loved it.
No disrespect to this individual, but these “awards” just reflect who has ingratiated themselves with their pGatehouse supervisors and which pyramids they are trying to tout at a particular moment.

+1. People spend tons of time on these forums trying to gloss over the problems at HHS, but the culture appears to have been one where pernicious and dangerous problems were swept under the rug. We saw it with the email announcing the murder in the fall.

Interesting...seems something similar was happening in Loudoun right before she left...no follow through.
