Subject: Wes Moore Wants to Destroy Your Neighborhood
As I live in a dense neighborhood already with more huge apartment buildings going up, Wes Moore isn't going to have a chance of destroying my neighborhood, and I couldn't care less about protecting the suburban way of life. If he could help out with properly funding the schools and transit for this influx of kids, that would be cool.

Speak for yourself. My kids school is significantly over capacity and the roads are already full of cars parked on both sides. Building a 50 foot tall sfh 5 feet from my property line would absolutely ruin my families quality of life.
Building codes do not allow for homes taller than 35 ft.

The governor of Maryland is pushing an absurb bill this year to eliminate zoning everywhere in Marylnd that has access to public sewer. The proposed bill (HB239/SB36) will do the following:
-Eliminate single family zoning
-Enforce a minimum zoned density of 8units/acre
-Eliminate lot coverage limits
-Make lot setbacks 5ft side/10ft front
-Eliminate height restrictions
I would strongly recommend calling the governors office and your state representatives to voice your opposition to this bill. This law will completely destroy many suburban neighborhoods and ruin quality of life.
