You can do that once, but I stopped going to the place near me because they do that so much that I found that the polish chipped right off.

I got a DazzleDry manicure once and it was fabulous. I haven’t had the energy to invest in all the parts, but it dried right away and didn’t chip for almost ten days which is unheard of for non-gel manicures. Sadly the place wasn’t nearby so I never got another one.

I like China Glaze the best. For quick dry, Seche Vite. Have heard good things about Dazzle Dry but haven’t tried it.

Same! I totally agree.

I use Essie, and I’ve begun only using Expressie, which is their quick dry. I used to avoid quick dry because I’d heard it only lasts a couple of days, but Expressie lasts about a week for me.

OpI is the best, IMO.

Opi, Essie, and Sally Hansen Color Therapy are good.

Essie- usually Walgreens has coupons. Amazon also sells Essie usually on sale. They sell OPI on Amazon as well but I have only seen it full price.

Too funny OP, just yesterday I went thru my nail polish stash and never used and clumpy bottles. For my fingernails, my polish of choice is Essie Mademoiselle. I am a fair skinned white lady and this color blends into my skin color. So, if and when it chips, it is not noticeable.

Sally Hansen Insta Dry in Buff and Tumble has been my favorite for years.

Queen Elizabeth was reportedly a fan of Essie Ballet Slippers. I like OPI. But do yourself a favor and check out Mooncat. Lovely, high quality shades and they don’t cost a bomb.

I need to start over with all new nail polish...my collection is disgustingly old and gross.

What basic drug store brands and shades do people like? Would like a trusty light pink, and at least a few others for really basic home manicures. I have clear already. Nothing that needs LED lights, etc.
