I’ve never understood this bc actual pantyhose (like sheers) provide no warmth. And tights barely do. So do whatever you think looks good. I’d rather wear a pantsuit than actua pantyhose.

They (nude) just make the skin look unnatural. Everyone knows you’re wearing them, and for what? As PP described, they offer absolutely no warmth.

As a kid growing up who was forced to wear dresses for many many years in all weathers, can we get over the myth that a thin layer of nylon on your legs is somehow warming in winter. Better than nothing? Maybe but very little better. If you hate them, its not worth it.

At a formal event, where you’re wearing a LBD or equivalent, are you wearing pantyhose? Or do you just go bare-legged? I hate even sheers, but it feels so weird to think of not wearing any. It’s just so cold!
