Still waiting for payment. Job was under $15k fortunately but we are a small outfit.

Whether a dual citizen IDK, guy is American, the issue is definitely infrastructure.

Obviously OP wanted to let the people know who read the original thread. OP wanted a gut check on what kind of Americans are willing to visit/work out of Russia these days.

Originally it was not known that the American person was in Russia when they contracted for the work (had a local address).

Depends on the country and what they want to access. Yes, it's really unfair that we won't give Russian nationals access to the electrical grid.

I posted about this awhile ago but then asked Jeffrey to remove it. I'm not going to include detail, but for the scoffers it is now an FBI investigation. I was referred to them by a state level agency and they have contacted use twice since for additional information.
