I'm sure this is a food forum faux pas, but I would put out a platter of mini quiches from Trader Joe's or Costco. People love that stuff. As well as the crème puffs that you can just defrost from Safeway or giant. I find them delightful with a glass of champagne. Just put them on a platter and put the boxes in the outside trash

I love the homemade ideas posted above, I'm just suggesting these as easy additions.

If I were creating a brunch menu, I think I’d have:

quiche - Lorraine and/or spinach and mushroom
Tomato Basil soup (from La Madeleine)
fruit salad
monkey bread

Optional extras:
bagels and cream cheese
smoked salmon/lox
green salad

Those are good ideas! If you make 2 casseroles, I would recommend the savory one have a potato base.
