Sometimes I will put something I’ve seen a hundred times like The Office or Greys Anatomy on in the background. I’ve found it helps me stay off my phone and I just click away at work while barely concentrating on the show in the background

No. I worked from home for 15 years until I was DOGEd last spring. Didn’t then and don’t now even though I don’t work.

No. Only very rarely if I'm sick or depressed or something. I try really hard not to.

I WFH but no. Maybe on a slow Friday I’ll watch a show at like 4 or 5 but otherwise no. When I take a break from working I’m usually walking the dog or have a bad habit of going in my phone which I’m trying to do less.
