We have to close soon to get equity on our new construction house which is ready. We are already on the market so there is no going back.
Agent says interest is fairly high, but we have a fully renovated property in a great location and underpriced slightly with the hope of getting a few offers. Only one in so far, which is good enough but a bit less than we were hoping for.
We are looking at accept the offer or wait a few days for people to get in. We don’t want to lose interest / momentum from the one offer.
I would wait and let the people see it. Say you will review offers Tuesday night.
