OP, we will be able to help you when you provide uwGPA, region, public/private/feeder, and info on whether your child’s school has grade inflation or deflation.

ADHD unmedicated. Should we reveal?

Are they still unmedicated? I think revealing a past issue that has been problem solved, comes across differently than revealing an ongoing issue.

Will they seek out colleges with support?

There is not enough information to know what not doing well in M&S means as OP gave a weighted GPA.

Simply in terms of schools that would be excellent for such a combination of majors, consider Williams, Hamilton, Colgate, Haverford, Bates, Grinnell and Kenyon, to name a few. Local guidance will help this student decipher where admission might be realistic or likely in such a group.

What is the UW GPA, and what school system (or if not a local public school system, what is the grading scale)?

Weighted GPA is a pretty meaningless number. If you go to MCPS where almost every course comes with +1, it can mean 3.3 UW and be well below the median for the class.

If you're in a school that has a lot of unweighted classes (e.g. in the Catholic school my niece goes to theology is never weighted, none of the arts and PE classes that meet the requirements are UW, and other classes are weighted 0.5), a 4.1 will put you near the top of the class.

So, stating "4.1". doesn't help.

Unweighted gpa is the only thing that matters; weighted is irrelevant. What is unweighted and decile in class?

SAT in the mid 1500s. Low GPA due to math and science. What schools would be good?
