Some of you grew up without staff and it shows

That's it. That's my goal when I retire.

They are called home aides, housekeepers, butler, chauffeur, nursing assistants..Etc.

I know a couple (childless) who hired a woman to do all of these. She cooks their meals, cleans, runs errands, organizes, etc, 8 hours a day M-F. They love it. Makes life so much easier.

Move abroad when you retire! You can get a full live in time helper/ housekeeper in so many countries abroad for less than $1000 a month.

You can find people on care.com (same website to hire nannies for children).

Essentially a home health aide. Not all of them exploit and empty savings. My mom was a home health aide for 3 hours per day. She had to be vetted by the state, but did no medical care other than driving to and from appointments.

I'll be your nanny. In addition to all the things you listed, I will seek out activities for you to do for your intellectual and social well being. You will never be bored. I want paid vacation, sick and snow days, though. When do you want me to start?

My god you are describing a caregiver.
Problematically they will also exploit you and empty your savings account.

That's like a maid/butler. This is certainly possible. I have some friends who moved abroad to countries where "helpers" are more common (because it's more affordable), and they really like it as they age.

I would like to hire a nanny to make my breakfast and lunch. Prep dinner. Do my laundry. Straighten up my room. I'd like them to drive me to my coffee dates with friends, play games with me when I'm bored. They could also encourage me to organize or do household tasks that need to be done.
