That feature in the magazine was the “R.S.V.P.” Column. I have a subscription but their search engine is very fussy, especially oddly about title. I searched a few variations on the name and didn’t see anything. If you remember any more I could try again.

I've lost a cherished recipe -- from Bon Appetit for Chocolate Brownie Creme Brulee. It is not a brownie with a creme brulee layer. It is creme brulee with a layer of brownie underneath.
