I like both names, but as the mom of a Katrina, let me tell you only people of a certain age make hurricane references, and it almost always lands like a dad joke. It was over 20 years ago.

Would you pronounce it Ju-lie-ANNE-uh? If you intend to say "Ju-lie-AHn-a", I'd suggest the spelling Juliana.
