I think with a man they will let you know up front. They're not interested when you try to chase them. So any hesitance you get from a man when you show interest but what he means that he's not into you and you shouldn't try. But if a man does the chasing then the woman could be convinced. But if it's the other way around and it starts with a woman chasing most likely the man will use then dispose.

You still need to be very careful because there is a particular species of loser who lives for the chase. These types will do anything and everything for you until they believe they have you locked down. Then they will lose respect for you and mistreat you because whomever they don't have is always better to them than whom they do have.

I’ve recently started dating after divorce and I only am engaging with men who demonstrate clear and eager interest in me. They call when they say they will, they schedule dates, they are respectful and let me lead the pace.
