Buy antlers (whole, not split) on Amazon. They last for a very long time for my Mastiff.

Buy frozen cow femur bones from a butcher. Our local grocery store sells these bones. Give the frozen bone to your dog, he/she will lick the marrow out of the bone and eat any meat on the outside of the bone.

It takes my dog 40-60 minutes to get through one of the Woof pupsicles. It's the same concept as filling a kong, just neater. The All-in-One Health refill for mysterious reasons lasts much longer than the others.

The benebones are nice in that they last, but your dog is swallowing little bits of plastic. Most of the time it's no big deal and it passes in their stool, but maybe 50% of the time I let my dog chew on a benebone she ends up throwing up that night and it's always a collection of little pieces that have formed a ball that luckily she throws up instead of it obstructing her intestines.

A lickimat with a peanut butter and/or yogurt spread that is frozen will also last around a half hour or so.

Yes I also do a frozen toppl with yogurt, applesauce and wet food in it. I prefer that to chews which are stinky and lead to slobber being everywhere

Careful. Anything that hurts to tap on your knee cap can break a dog’s tooth. Ask me how I know My vet said if you can’t scratch it with your finger nail it’s too tough for a dog.

Success with soaking kibble or using wet food and freezing it in a topple toy. Not quite chewing, but takes my dog a decent time to eat her meals.

For actual chewing, I like mumbies (or whatever, there are tons) but they can leave shreds since they are wood. https://mumbies.com/ I also like the nylabones but I stick to the softer puppy ones.

I don’t remember the name but I just bought a chew 2 packs from Trader Joe’s for $4.99 ( or $5.99 I can’t remember) and they have lasted 3 days already with my puppy who is crazy chewing everything right now. It’s edible but rock solid. Definitely buying more next time I go.

The only thing my powerful chewing dog (who was 16 lbs!) didn’t destroy immediately was the nylabones for powerful chewers

Might not be a slower option, but I've started to buy pig ears and freeze them. I think they are smoked or dried or something, just whatever the pet store does. I wouldn't say they would last longer than 2 hours BUT they are much much cheaper than bully sticks. So even if they dont last as long, I dont feel like I'm just throwing money away.

Also frozen bully sticks seem to last longer, but I do that because of the smell haha.

I think the OP just meant the whole thing is consumed in that total time, not that the dog chewed it for an hour straight or that she wants them to.

OP if you have a big dog who chews hard, maybe that's just how long they last.

My doggie loves food and chewing. Nothing makes him happier. So far he’s tried, enjoyed, and successfully gobbled, Bully sticks and Whimsies fairly quickly, and Yak cheese which takes 1-2 hours.
Any longer lasting edible treats? Running out of ideas and they’re expensive!
