Not protesting because it's cold outside would be embarrassing. It's winter. These are normal winter temperatures.

It's probably up to the principals of each of the 25 high schools. Central Office probably won't be endorsing it, they are way behind if there is a message to go out just as students dismiss.

It's cold and no snow to get a snow day. Boo
