We live in DC and have done it twice through lab Corp. It costs $100 for the visit and they run everything else through your insurance. They came on time. Well worth it for my autistic teen with medical anxiety.

Lab Corp does it but when I signed up they canceled the appointment. Maybe it was because of what I was asking. Its $100 per visit I think.
