Michigan, Villanova, Pitt sound like possibilities. BC/BU could work if you showed a lot of demonstrated interest and fit in supplemental essays.

Doubts are normal. It sounds like you haven't received any information or results from any school yet except for your ED (which is deferral). Did your DC apply EA (non-binding) to either Pitt or Villanova? If they only applied everywhere RD you'll just have to wait a bit longer.

What gender is your DC and what is their major if you don't mind me asking?
