Region 5 will have just Gaithersburg, QO and Watkins Mill? Where does Magruder go with Option H?
Does this mean that not only do Gaithersburg and QO residents lose the brand new school that was supposed to solve the overcrowding, but now lose access to the newest labs too since Option H will put Crown in Region 4?
The courses in each region are also not the same and Region 5's magnet kids will not have access to advanced engineering, the aviation program at Magruder, ptech
I wonder if a lawsuit against this inequality will have merit since the regional magnets were supposed to make all courses accessible to all.
Yup! If you want ant Gaithersburg to keep access to Crown, you need to support the Wootton cluster’s oppose H efforts. You need to testify at BOE.

Maybe after boundary study decision comes out in March, then affected region will come out to voice opinion. I think some regions are strong, except a few ones. And, I agree that 6 regions are too many, maybe get it down to 4-5 regions max to reduce funding of those programs and busing cost.
