Because it doesn't work.

It does. I lost my appetite due to grief and stress and lost seven pounds without trying.

It isn’t hard to lose water weight from the weekend when you eat healthy during the week.

Of course it works. GLPs work by decreasing your appetite.

It's CICO, the same as without a GLP1.

I was at a party for a bunch of 40+ thin milf looking moms, and they all were taking it to keep 10 pounds down. The common discussion was that everyone's body wanted to stay overweight and the glps removed that threshold

3 of us are on GLP-1, I'm considered "thin" and "healthy looking" ... I look like Illona if you need a picture.

All 3 of us are "losing vanity weight" but when we reach our goal weight we will still be "overweight" on the BMI chart.

The 4th person wants to lose 8 lbs. I personally don't think it will work. I'm 25lbs overweight trying to lose 20 and it doesn't just fall off, once you get close to "healthy" weight the body doesn't dump the weight like when you are obese.

IDK maybe it does for others.

If your goal weights are still over 25 BMI after losing 20 lbs that isn't vanity weight, you need to lose it for your health. Ilona is a professional athlete so isn't a good comparison. And no one would say she is thin, although she is certainly healthy looking.

You are probably about where I was when I started GLP-1, and have lost 35-40 lbs and down to 22.5 BMI. When I look at my pictures from a couple of years ago I was really overweight but I didn't feel it or even see it at the time. Now I look normal, but not thin. And I sleep better, have less inflammation and joint pain, and Ai-c is back to healthy range.

I am currently doing it. Went from a BMI of 24 to BMI of 20. Mounjaro works.

I'm prediabetic (genetic) so microdosing works for my sugars somehow. Losing 10 lbs is an added bonus.

I wouldn't call it vanity; menopause is a fiend. I just want to stay my same size and not have to buy a whole new wardrobe, so it's actually economical.

Menopause can cause belly weight. It's not vanity to not want that since it's dangerous.

When you're technically a normal weight it is very hard to get your body below it's "set point".
I have weighed 126 since high school. Totally normal weight but not skinny. I've gotten down to 118-120 ONLY when I've been deathly ill with the flu and THEN the (female) compliments come rushing in. "You look amazing!" A friend told me "you should do whatever you were doing last winter, your body looked perfect then." Suffering from covid, but thanks.

Just go strict carnivore for 30 days. Problem solved and a lot cheaper
