If done by the right person and done well. It can also make them droop more. My Dermatologist told me never to just get 11s done and don't go to a medspa.

I go to a plastic surgery office and it’s $16. Had some poor experiences at medspas so I’m now happy to pay the cost

I wouldn't pay more than $10-12 at a medspa. I choose to go to a cosmetic derm as his results are far more predictable and longer lasting (I think most of the medspas lie about how many units you are actually getting). I pay $15/u at his office.
