Once you take out the neo-modern art and furniture, it's really just a dated '80s house. All that glass block has never come back into style.

It has a lot of potential but for someone with knowhow of construction and design. Too much of a headache for an average buyer.

Well, lot and shell of the house are great including high ceiling in some areas but overall inside is so dated and it would need another $500k to bring it to this decade.

The reality of living in this house seems horrible. Weird layout, lots of strange spaces to furnish that wouldn't accommodate normal furniture, lots of stuff that would make it hard to have kids in the house, or really do anything except have lavish cocktail and dinner parties.

However, I would really enjoy being invited as a guest to a party at this house. That would be a fun night.

Spiral staircases are so impractical. We have one off our deck and I hate it; I can't imagine having one inside my house. At least that house has an elevator.

The furniture is very glass onion….laughed at the 80s movie comment. It’s very much reminds me of a friends house whose parents wanted something super modern in that era.

The bedroom ceilings look like they want to squish you.

I’m sure it is an 8,000 sq ft house but the photos make it look much smaller.

If I was selling this house I’d have a more comprehensive set of photos. It makes me guess that some of the other rooms not shown (including some bathrooms) are in need of renovation.

It looks very masculine. I think the only thing that makes it fun is the owner's artwork, without it, it will just look dated.

I kinda love everything about this house in close in Potomac. It is like so different I just love it. Of course my wife would shoot me if I wanted to buy it. But man oh many I want it.
