Ooh, sorry. I made a mistake. The Factor meals were the ones that were not very good. Family member is using a local, smaller company. Fresher meals and better quality. Also Factor meals had an incredible amount of packaging and waste.

I didn’t like them and still felt like I was eating junk. Might just be the trays they came in. I switched to a new local delivery option that delivers in reusable glass containers and like it better. It’s pricier than Factor, though. Called Haven Club.

Yep, I looked into this but the sodium turned me off.

In my experience a couple of years ago, the portions weren't small. But the food was bland and also very greasy, not for me.

You are really interesting. Are you real?

We tried some on an intro deal. I thought the quality was quite good: Basically imagine someone cooks up an entree and a few sides, then distributes them on a bunch of plates, then sticks them in the fridge. Next evening, you take a plate and stick it in the microwave, and you have dinner.

But the price was basically the same as takeout, and the portions (for a family with a few teenagers) weren't that big.

It's not a big deal to try a few on a intro discount, and then you can cancel (like we did) or continue if you think spending that much money is worth the convenience.

I’ve had them and they’re quite good. The portion is good sized as well. We used to wind up freezing some and that was a little tricky sometimes to time the re-heat.

Better than Whole Foods?

I have ordered them in the past and really liked them. I'm a big fan.

I was recently disappointed when I moved to (the DMV version of) the middle of nowhere and couldn't get it delivered. If you are looking to eat healthy, or lose weight or maintain loss, or just want some convenience, they are perfect.

What do you think? I see the truck and I get tons of ads. The ease seems appealing, but portions look small. Can I just get something similar in premade meals from the Whole Foods or fest market ready made foods section?
Is the chicken real chicken or has it been pumped with things like a salt water solution? How long do they last in the fridge?
