It hadn't occurred to me to switch. If you did, did you move the day forward or back?

I do Monday. I’m in a sustaining dose of .75 semaglutide and have no side effects. At 2mg I did have nausea.

Been on Wegovy for 11 weeks (lost 25lbs) with minimal side effects (except lack of appetite.) I do it on Thursdays - no real reason except that was the day I picked up my first prescription.

When I first went on it, I figured I'd do Friday night so that I'd be ok on Monday for work because I was worried about side effects. Side effects for me kick in about 48 hours after the shot, lol.

At any rate, a year and a half later and at maintenance and still doing Friday night (I'm a creature of habit).

I take mine on Wed, only because my first dose ever was a Wed and I never stopped. I can eat the least on Thurs - Sat and I’m gnr hungriest on Tues and Wed. Those are my only side effects.

DH constantly switches his day because he never fills his prescription on time. It doesn’t seem to affect him much anymore and he says he doesn’t notice even when he goes longer than a week without. He says he’s pretty stable all around with appetite these days.

We are both on 5 of Zep.

I do Friday morning, so it doesn't impact work.

I liked Wednesday because I could feel bad Thursday but enjoy the weekend (while still eating less). I got a little mentally checked out on Thursdays, which wasn’t great for work, so I eventually moved to shots on Thursday because Friday workdays were lighter.

3 years, wegovy, no side effects ever (other than 50 pounds gone), on maintenance for a while, usually inject Sat morning

I used to do Monday but yeah weekends were an issue. I do Thursday now and yeah Friday is awful.

I inject twice a week to avoid the roller coaster.

I don't have side effects (other than hair loss), so I take my shot on Sunday so that I can enjoy eating on the weekend.

I've been on Zepbound for a year now and just started maintenance phase. I take mine Saturday night now so that I don't feel "off" on Saturday

I do Friday, and take the weekend slowly.

I just started Wegovy a month ago so definetly behind you in the journey. I am using the same rationale because my Mon-Fri (routine eating isn't too bad) but our weekend outings seem to be when i indulge the most. Sounds like a good strategy so far!

I am a slow but steady Zepbound user (lost 25lbs in 9 months) but just got to an overweight BMI (yea, no longer obese!).

I know I will probably be on this a long time and wondering which day of the week you like best to inject?

My side effects are minimal (12.5mg) but I often feel uncomfortably full and sluggish the day after. I had been taking on Fridays to best control weekend overeating (I am naturally better during the week) but Friday dose means Saturday night is not great.

Thinking to move to Wednesday or something to still have that weekend control but not feel poorly on a weekend!
