I just talked to someone at Costco today and asked him how he became an Audiologist.

He had worked at Costco for years out of high school. Got a PUblic Health degree. Worked in Public Health for some years then went back to Costco as a floor worker. Costco saw he had the Public Health degree and sent him to Audiologist school and paid for his training.

Get a PA degree at UMES in Princess Anne, MD

You can pick up sidework at OC or pick up something at Tidal Health to pay the bills.

Volunteer at a hospital and ask about admin jobs. Try to find inexpensive retraining for healthcare job. Try nursing but connect to utilization review. Find an agency that provides senior care or estate closedown services and work by the hour as an aide.

If you are a caregiver to a senior in your family, see if you can get one of the small grants for respite care which can be your wage.

I was in Project Management in public health.

Get an RN degree, invest in one of those accelerated programs. Lots of doors will open for am RN MPH.

Do project management in IT you don’t have to do it in public health.

I'm really sorry, OP. I hope things look up soon.

...and I can only get a PT job at a grocery store. I can't even afford to stay in my home nor can I afford to move. I guess I'll end up on the streets soon. This is America!
