I was immediately irked by the whole simulation thing with the residents. Last season they were surprisingly medically accurate and this season, within the first 10 min, they had doctors miss textbook Torsades on the monitor? I, along with quite a few of my coworkers who watch the show, were all annoyed by that scene.

I binged season 1 and I’m glad I did. It was so emotional going through it back to back that way.
