I don’t tolerate whey/casein protein powders and have been struggling with finding vegan powders tasting palatable enough to drink daily, and this was one has been great!
The only issue, and I can’t tell if it’s something in the protein or something else in my diet, ever since I started this, I find I have to run to the bathroom after, and then I’m bloated for the rest of the day.
Here’s the ingredients. Does anything stick out?
I’m also eating more protein at the same time, more eggs, Good Culture cottage cheese, Greek yogurt. Could it be this?
