So how did he get to school?

What’s the scenario here? Special ops at Union station that’s specially dangerous for developing bodies? Should they have stopped pregnant women as well? None of this makes sense.

National Guard is now stopping everyone at Union Station for ID.

I told them to go screw themselves. No badge, no warrant, no uniform = no lawful authority.

Administrative warrants (I-200, I-205) do not authorize searches, arrests, or detentions in public space.


They had no probable cause to ask.

I understand for a minor this would be hard.

My DS transits through Union Station and wasn’t allow in today by the National Guard because he is under 18. Does anyone know if this policy is temporary?
