Most teams have open workouts also. Go to an open workout and talk to other parents to see where else they are trying out

He's good but not going to make a team like Durant or Takeover. These were the clubs that were suggested to me...Can anyone fill in the gaps on how these teams usually are from 15U-17U?

There are so many historical threads on AAU teams, organizations, tryouts, etc, but all of it is decently outdated. I have a DS who is going into his first offseason as a HS basketball player, and we are considering a new AAU team in the area. On the boys side, can we get information on:

Nova 94
Nova Cavs
Capital City Thunder
Playmakers

And any others that might be beneficial? We're willing to go towards DC more too (PSB?). Happy to get opinions on the younger ages too, have another son who is currently a 7th grader and is expressing more interest.
