Fast food gives me terrible GI trouble on GLP-1. It's the oil.
Otherwise, as a PP said, you're looking for high nutritional value because you need to make your meals count. High protein to help with muscle loss (this is true on most weight loss diets). I've never seen a meal marketed to GLP use.
