My friend works at a library and no one in the library itself is "letting" libraries become homeless shelters, it's that all other aspects of public aid have been cut so libraries end up as a catch all for the public who comes looking for help. It isn't just the homeless but also all sorts of social issues.

Surprisingly, to me at the time, most of the sexual offenders aren't homeless.
Who in their right mind would associate being homeless with being a sexual offender? Were your born stupid, dropped on your head as a baby or develop a brain tumor? Because only a special kind of tard would make that connection.
