OP get vitamin C powder and mix a tiny bit with your moisturizer. Put this on every night and it will fade but probably not disappear completely. Use sunscreen every single day even in winter.

If it’s hyperpigmentation then get it lasered, go to dermatologist that will verify what it is and does laser treatments

Agree with the last 2 posters. I know of two men that had facial/head (bald) abnormalities that turned out to be cancerous. Both are ok, likely because their wives made them get it checked out. Please get a referral asap!

About a week ago, I first noticed that I have a light spot right on the tip of my nose. At first glance it almost looks like a small zit, except there is no texture to it. Upon closer inspection I realized that is actually light brown, and looks like some kind of hyperpigmentation.

This is incredibly annoying to have hyperpignmentation appear in such a ridiculous spot. How do I get rid of it? I would prefer home treatments but am open to medspa/dermtalogical treatments as well.
