The Catholic Church has learned how to be ecumenical which is amazing given the (in some cases, literal) fight with orthodoxy in Europe.
Personally, I see orthodoxy leaning towards religious nationalism in this country far more than Catholicism. Pay very close attention to what is happening in Orthodox congregations recruiting young men and exhorting women to marry young so they can produce as many babies as possible. There’s a lot of warrior talk.
