Woman here aged 56 - depends on if I'm going out or not. If I go out on a Friday or Saturday night, I will have 2-3 drinks, but I won't go out on both weekend nights. And I don't go out every weekend. I don't drink at home.

Zero. Alcohol is poison so I don't drink any. I don't smoke or use edibles. I also highly limit my sugar intake. I very rarely if ever eat anything really sweet like cookies, cakes or ic cream.

In the 90s and early 2000s a bottle of wine over 2 days during a week.
2003-2004 nothing medication issue
2005-2020 a bottle of wine over 2 days during a week.
2021 nothing medication issue
2022-2025 not much, maybe a half bottle of champagne 3 times

Usually 0, maybe 1-2 if I've gone out. I usually only have one drink tops out at dinner. I don't drink at home.

I used to do 2 cocktails when out to dinner Friday and Saturday nights. Now sometimes I only have 1. 3 Martinis at one time is a lot

I try to restrict my alcohol consumption to Friday and Saturday nights. I generally have 3 martinis each evening. If I go out to dinner on another night I’ll have a few glasses of wine, but that doesn’t happen often.
