I like Brian at Radley Acura. He’s really great but when he sends you to the finance office you are on your own. Like at any dealer. Be prepared to deal on the warranty and trade in. Do your homework. Be prepared always to walk out.

I live in MD, but will go to Virginia. I had a very frustrating experience with one today.
