The Ridge wines out of Sonoma are excellent. Their Monte Bello Cab Sauvs would fit your budget depending on the year.

Silver Oak, Stags Leap, and Cakebread are classic Napa reds.
I like 1858 Napa Cab by Caymus, not sure if they have it out east. It’s around $70. I actually like the Paso Robles one a little better. It’s cheaper.
