I usually do lentil loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans…but this year we are making Korean food - stewed tofu, japchae with tons of veg, bulgogi with soy curls

What do you serve for Christmas that is healthier and lower calorie? I love holiday foods but I don't want to overdo it on cheese, chocolate, sugar, etc. this year.

For the main meal on Christmas day, I was thinking of fish and vegetables. We have a cake for after.
We're also doing a holiday tea the next day with soup, little sandwiches, and our favorite desserts.

This amount of sugar feels like plenty.

What would you do for breakfast (two days) and Christmas Eve dinner?
