We have a rice cooker - the only way to make good rice - so will serve with rice. Also will serve with sauteed spinach and some soy sauce/brown sugar/garlic/ginger, and some persian cucumbers marinated in fly by jing sauce/rice vinegar/soy/a pinch of sugar.
A rice cooker is not "the only way to make good rice."

I recently came across a recipe for bbq turkey meatloaf made with both ground turkey and turkey sausage, and DH and I ate it up faster than I would have imagined possible. The recipe made two loaves and I'd intended to freeze one ... we ate it over the next couple of days instead.
