I stay home, kids are in high school and college.

No, every year at most. I floss daily. Probably not enough, dental care, right?

I have to, I have several chronic diseases. i get bloodwork at least 4 times a year.

Yes, I have a serious family history of breast cancer.

No, I didn't know it started at 45 and no one suggested I get one at that age. I thought it was 50?

Yes, but still not enough. I should do yoga, weight lifting, more cardio. Will I do it? No.
Eat clean. I should do more of that too.
I don't drink, I don't smoke, I try to prioritize my sleep, but I suffer from anxiety and insomnia.
