I think ours did. BCBS as well. However, this is largely what your employer's contract says it will cover.
Your benefits are probably listed on an intranet somewhere. Go read them if you don't want to call.
Your bigger challenge might be finding providers that take insurance.
Also, just FYI that couples insurance is usually just a pit stop on the road to divorce.

Is yours covered? What do you pay? I have BCBS. Im embarrassed to call and ask but I will just wondering if I'll sound stupid even asking...
