Highly highly recommend Liz Capone. We were having problems with FCPS attempting to illegally change our child's placement. She backed them down in a mediation and we were able to resolve everything without having to file a lawsuit.

If you want good information about a lawyer's reputation and success, you should probably be more specific with what you are looking for - private placement, non mainstream public, certain services?

We’re in the middle of going through it with FCPS and we’re realizing we need an advocate. This is our first time doing this, so I was hoping some of you could recommend a lawyer you used with success. Thank you.
