Find a math team or a math competition class. You can take the classes without doing the competitions. The math competition programs do a nice job of teaching how to be creative with math and introducing new concepts on a regular basis. They also touch on number theory, probabilities, algebra, and geometry far earlier then regular math classes because those problems appear in competitions.
The kids in the class tend to find math fun and enjoy playing with math. It is also a place where it is ok to get things wrong because the problems are meant to be challenging, which is good for kids who are strong in math to learn.

I do Beast with my son. We don’t do the online version (just paper) and it’s worked well for us. It required quite a bit of involvement by the parents in early elementary school but now my son is in 5th and does it pretty independently.

OP here. My kid is a 3rd grader. She tests as "above grade level"--her teacher said "middle of 4th at her parent-teacher conference. She knows her multiplication and division facts and seems to have a good sense for numbers--e.g. she figured out a method for long division with remainders before being taught. She's definitely not super advanced, but she likes math and seems to have some aptitude.
Would love recommendations. To those recommending Beast Academy, do you recommend the online classes?

What grade/math level is she? I have a mathy daughter and can recommend some enrichment resources to do at home.

It's probably too late for this year, but our school has kids participate in the Hardest Math Problem and a few other math challenges every year.

My kid does Mathnasium, which has been good for automaticity....but mostly she's just learning the same stuff she'll learn in school at a faster rate. She loves math and is a little above grade level, but she's not a math genius. What's a good, fun, math program in the DMV for someone like her. She hates things that involve a timer (so no time-based math competitions). She loves things are are interesting math/logic/engineering puzzles. Anything that fits this description? This is for enrichment purposes, so I want it to be fun and interesting. We're in NW DC. Thanks!
