I would give the 5 year old some new clothes because my guess is she gets stuck wearing lots of hand me downs.

I would say the same of the 2 year old but she probably does not notice this much.

You can ask if they have a major toy set that they enjoy and add to it— like, having one set of magnatiles is fun but three lets all 4 sisters build together and it’s way more fun.

Agree with are supplies and other crafts. Square plastic bracelet looms. Personalized PBKids beach towels.

I like gifting art supplies because they are things that kids go through quickly. And who doesn't love a box of brand new crayons or new colored pencils?

A matching outfit, matching something, maybe sweatshirt or fleece jacket. I didn't like the idea of dressing kids alike until I was at a playground and a mother who many young children. She told me it's how she keeps an eye on them. For safety and her sanity. Being about to spot them immediately, that made sense.

and other shelf stable foods they like - a fun cereal, the Mac and cheese shaped like princesses or whatever they are into, granola bars

Beach towels and inexpensive sand toys are great.

Bathrobes with a fun bottle of bubble bath for each is great.

Some other ideas:

New hat and glove sets with a DIY snowman making kit they can share.

Fun winter mugs (Target has great ones) with cocoa mix and marshmallows.

Reusable water bottles or thermoses or bento boxes.

Matching pajamas.

Pack of construction paper, colored pencils or crayons, and washi tape or stickers.

New water shoes sized up for the summer and some pool noodles or floaties to use at a pool or beach.

Hooded towels and bath bombs or lotion.

Welly colorful bandages and animal shaped cold packs or warmies heated warm packs (first aid, but fun?).

A "sick day" kit: colorful box of tissues, Vicks vapor rub, small stuffed animal and a book. (depends on the kid but mine would actually really like this).
